If you wish to cancel the order, please get in touch with us at Mooksha409@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount in case of prepaid order.

If your order has been dispatched then:

In case of COD orders, you may choose not to accept the delivery of product and it will be returned to us.

In case of prepaid orders, you need to take delivery of the product and then return the product to us and we will refund your money as according to terms and conditions.

If your order has not been dispatched then:
In case of COD orders, we will automatically cancel it from our system,
In case of prepaid orders, we will cancel it and refund your money within 72 hours.
